Cancellation Policy

Please be advised that cancellations made 48 hours before appointment will be processed without a penalty. Cancellations made 24 hours or less will be subject to the entire deposit. If Tate's Writing Service Agency cancels an appointment  a new appointment will be scheduled without penalty to the client.
